O'Dell Ministries (external link)
Jerry and Marilyn O’Dell are an evangelical icon to me. Their work around the world — and especially their book, The Wonderful, Powerful Gospel of Jesus Christ — have influenced me greatly in my service as a missionary. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to God for this couple, and I know that every soul I lead to Christ goes on their account as well, not only because much of the time the message I present is near verbatim to the book, but also because through both their book and their testimony they’ve given me great confidence to share that message.
I have been so impacted by this book. I keep a copy with me, whether Overseas or Stateside, and can quote much of it from memory. The copy I have with me now is falling apart it’s been read so many times. Jerry and Marilyn have graciously let me reprint the first section of it on this website, which can be found here: The Story of Jesus. I know you will be touched by this powerful, yet simple message as I have. And do visit their site; they’re a wonderful couple to get to know.
