I stumbled upon this blog quite by accident. I was immediately taken aback by the strange combination of homemaker and geek. Michelle is married with five kids (and number six is on the way). But she hacked out her own blogging platform in PHP. She homeschools her three kids who are old enough for school, yet she picked a Unix allegory as her domain name. This girl is like my sister on Geek Steroids. But beyond the nifty references to Linux and the oh-so-cool self-hacked code, this blog also includes great writing and family pictures. It’s the kind of blog you can find yourself visiting over and over. And I believe that is exactly what I will be doing.
