A fellow missionary to the Akha in the north
14 February 2010, 09:00Ning and Patti worked together at ZOE Children’s Home in Chiang Mai a few years back. They both went north, and now are both working under Mrs. Wong. Ning stays in Mae Salong and helps out around the plantation. Patti moved to Maeap to start an orphanage (she’s now started a second one in Chiang Saen). It was a pleasure getting to know Ning; she is a very kind and compassionate person. She is very willing to help in whatever Mrs. Wong needs, and she serves as Mrs. Wong’s liaison to the guests that come. And I can honestly tell you that she does a fine job! She made me feel so welcome while I stayed here.
