And it doubles as a great "prayer closet"
18 January 2010, 09:00I got to do a lot of preaching at Mrs. Wong’s church while I was there, some teaching during the day, a couple youth meetings on Saturday nights, and I preached once or twice on Sunday morning. My study time was always right here, on my porch overlooking the valley and the town. After I found out there are hotels further into town that only cost 300 Baht per night (about $8.50 at the time I was there), rather than the 800 Baht I payed here (about $23.00 at the time I was there), I was a little distraught. However, this porch more than made up for it. It was great having this place to relax and get refreshed before each service.
