A verse which rings in my spirit
2 February 2010, 09:00This is Christ’s Great Commission as recorded by Mark, written in the Akha language. This was so beautiful to me, to see one of the greatest verses in the Bible in a language as rare as this. The Akha language has no original written form; it was reduced to writing my missionaries in the 1950’s, which is why it uses the Latin alphabet. I fell in love with the Akha people while here, and would later work in a Bible school in Mae Sai for Akha teens who were being trained as missionaries to their own people.
